Agnes M. Samuelson, 89, of La Crosse, passed away Friday, March 12, 2010 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospice Center.  Agnes was born in La Crosse January 30, 1921 to Edna Johnson and Andrew Bartovick.  Agnes enjoyed many years of employment at the La Crosse Hospital.  She married Gerald Samuelson in La Crosse on July 14, 1984.  Together they enjoyed traveling visiting family and friends.
Agnes is survived by a sister Lillian Bartovick of La Crosse.
She was preceded in death by her sisters; Marion Ottman and Bernice Hadix, brothers; George Bartovick and Raymond Bartovick.
A private service will be held for family and friends at a later date.  The Dickinson Family Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
The family wishes to express its appreciation for the excellent care given to Agnes by the staff at Bethany St. Joseph Care Center and Gundersen Inpatient Hospice.
