I graduated from Central High School in 1978 with Kevin. I had several classes with him and he was a fellow running teammate as I was a distance runner myself. He ran on the cross country team and on the track team with my brother, Curt Huggins. I will always remember watching Kevin run, he ran with so much determination. I can still see the look on his beat red face as he would run into the shoot at the CC meets. He was part of the "S's". I probably won't remember them all but there was Kevin Schroeder, Bob Stephenson,Scott Steiger, Ron Stegen, & Chuck Schroeder. My brother looked up to Kevin and his team mates as we moved here from Nebraska during high school. Kevin was part of that leadership and friendship that made the transition possible. Kevin was always fun to sit by in classes, his sense of humor was great. He was a kind friend. I am very sorry to hear of Kevin's passing. Please know that we all thought alot of him and cared about him very much. Take care. My sympathies to his family. <3

Was so sorry to see Kevin had passed, We have known his Mother & Father, Also his Aunt Imogene& Dick. We know how hard this is for everyone... We have lost a Son And Daughter-in law. And Florence we realize you have now lost 2 of your children... Our Hearts and Prayers for all your Family.... Seems life, gives us all a hard trail to follow.. And we wonder why> Just know your friends and family are praying for you as you grief....

WE BOTH KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOING THOUGH A SAD TIME WE HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE LOSING OUR BOTHER-IN -LAW AT YOUNG AGE AS KEVIN. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR YOU LOSS. WE KNEW KEVIN AS A VERY SPORTS MINDED PERSON IN HIS SCHOOL YEARS. HIS FATHER AND MOTHER WERE BOTH VERY PROUD OF HIM. GODBLESS
