John was such a good person. When we were children growing up in Dresbach, he used to ride his bike out to the South end of town to play (my mom wouldn't let me ride past the I-90 bridge). I can't count the number of times we went bottle-hunting in the hills around Dresbach, or played football at the park, or walked up the quarry road. The qualities that come to mind when thinking of John are how positive a person he was, how fairly he treated people, and how honest he was. He will be missed.

Although I did not personally know John, my family has had a life long relationship with both the Wooley and Donaldson families. My wife, Marianne, and I wish to convey sincere condolences to both families. Be assured, our thoughts and prayers are with you.
