Dave, It was a pleasure to know you. I am sorry that I did not learn about this until after the services. You were a wonderful person and will certainly be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I wish I could be there tonight for you Dr Dave, you were one of very few people that I looked forward to being around at work. I went through Ashland for the first time this weekend and thought of you the whole time. It is beautiful there, I understand why you wanted to go back. Rest in peace Dave.
