Jan, you don't know me, but I worked with George at Gateway Foods. I haven't seen him since we all got laid off. It has to be at least 15 years now. I'll never forget his laugh, it was contagious. He always seemed to be happy. I'm so sorry for your loss, but please know that he is with our Lord and Savior now.

Jan,
Pauline and I knew George when we all lived in Hilbert. He was part of our posse. He loved to tease us all and we will never forget his laugh.
Ken and I remember the weekend we spent with you guys and the wonderful hospitality you gave us.
We can only hope that George is at peace and is hunting in the great Milky Way. Take care Jan, and call us if you need to talk or cry a little.

I was 7 years old and instantly smitten when I met my cousin George for the first time. I finally had a brother. He impressed me immensely by eating 23 "Kartoffelpuffer" in one sitting, a record still standing! I'll miss his funny laugh, his pasion for the people and things he loved and his greeting "Was ist los, Lederhose?" on the phone. Jan, my thoughts are with you. Thank you for always being there for George. Love, CC

So sorry to hear of George's passing. We often reminisce about good times during our garage sale with Jan & George, talking with George, how kind to do it, and also greeting his big bear on the way downstairs. Fond memories. God Bless and Rest in Peace.

Uncle George took me on a very nice bike ride when I was younger. We stopped at Paul grave and reflected a while I was very neat to be able to do that with him.
